Components and hardware included in Testa Headrest

• Headrest Assembly
• Allen Key (Wrench)

Please refer to the below for a step-by-step installation guide to sit your Testa Headrest properly on the chair back.

1. Install the Headrest Assembly on Your Aeron Chair

• Turn the round knob counterclockwise to release the lock.
• Raise the headrest to its maximum, and then turn the round knob clockwise to lock the height.
• Turn the screw in the clamp box counterclockwise using the long end of the Allen key to lower the hook bracket to the headrest’s bottom.
• Clamp the arm onto the chair.
Note: Make sure the Headrest is center-aligned with the chair back when adding the headrest onto the chair.
• Tighten the bolt in the clamp box using the long end of the Allen Key to secure the headrest on the chair.

2. Free Flow Adjustments (Position I)

• Tilt the headrest up and down to find the best suitable position.
• Open the side caps to tighten the bolt if you feel the pivot is too loose.

3. Lock-in Adjustments (Position II)

• Pull the lever to unlock the headrest forward & backward adjustments; Push the lever back to lock the position.
• Open the side caps to tighten the bolt if you feel the pivot is too loose.

4. Height Adjustments

• Adjustable Range: 0~70mm
• Turn the round knob counterclockwise 1~2 laps to adjust the height to the desired position.
• Turn the round knob clockwise to lock the height of headrest. Now your Testa Headrest is ready for use!
