However, if you find the product is unable to be used normally due to a manufacturing fault related to material defect and mal-function, we will provide free services to repair or replace your headrest. Damages caused by carelessness and normal wear are not in the range of this warranty. For instance, expose your headrest to sharp objects or/and caustic materials that may lead to permanent damage to the mesh; Surface changes, like discoloration, due to aging, direct sunlight, and long-term physical contact.
